Before you commit to treatment, you'll receive a written Treatment Clarity Packet that separates clinical care costs, Compass & Crown coordination fees, and travel expenses, so you understand exactly who you're paying, what you're paying for, and what could change.
Clinical Care Fees
Paid directly to your treating clinic. These fees cover examinations, imaging, procedures, laboratory work, medications, and other clinical services provided by your dentist. You pay the clinic directly for your care.
Compass & Crown Coordination Fee
Paid directly to Compass & Crown. Covers provider verification, records review, consultation coordination, Treatment Clarity Packet preparation, travel planning, bilingual support, and return-home follow-up.
Travel & Lodging Costs
Disclosed separately. Flights, hotels, airport transfers, and recovery-related expenses are shown separately from clinical and coordination costs. You'll see what is estimated, booked, optional, and what could change.
What can change after I arrive?
Some treatment recommendations and costs can only be finalized after in-person examination, imaging, bite analysis, periodontal assessment, or surgical findings. If anything changes, your provider will explain why before treatment continues. No treatment proceeds without your approval.
Payment security
Coordination fees are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. We do not collect card details on Compass & Crown forms.
